Reporting points, uniform distribution and briefing sessions are scheduled the day before, so the crew starts the event already familiar with the venue rather than learning it on the morning of the show.

No. Our only office is the head office at KV Temple Street Cross, Chickpet, Bengaluru 560053. Kolkata is an expanding market for us and enquiries are managed from Bengaluru.
Can you staff a Kolkata event at all?
In many cases yes, by mobilising crew from Bengaluru or sourcing locally to our briefing standards. We will confirm honestly what we can cover and what we cannot before you commit.
How much notice does a Kolkata event need?
