Why EventEdge exists

EventEdge began with a simple observation: event organisers kept losing event days to the same small failures — staff who did not arrive, crews who looked inconsistent, briefs that never reached the people on the floor.

The company was built around the opposite of each of those failures: a briefing that happens before deployment, a uniform standard applied across the whole crew, a bench deep enough to replace a no-show, and one coordinator who owns the crew on site.

Operations run from the head office at KV Temple Street Cross, Chickpet, Bengaluru — founder-led, with a bench of 100+ trained professionals, 24-hour deployment capability and crews scaling from 5 to 500 staff.

What we do, and what we don't

EventEdge supplies event staffing, manpower and coordination support. We recruit, verify, brief, uniform and coordinate the people who run your event front-of-house and on the floor.

We do not plan events, design stages, produce shows or manage decor and vendors. Those stay with your event team or planner — and we work alongside them, not around them.
